Is there a different price depending on the day of the week?
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Is there a separate fee for the room rental?

What deposit is needed and what is the payment process like?
Access & Timing
Does the venue have restrictions on access or vacating times? (e.g. can you set up in the early morning for a lunch time wedding?
How early can you start setting up?
What time do you have to be out by?
Do they allow for setting up the day/night before?
Guest Amenities/Comfort
Are there enough restrooms for your guest count or will you need a portable toilet?
Is there adequate parking at the venue or will you need to arrange transportation?
How close is the venue to guests and/or nearby accommodations?
